International Shipping & Export Restrictions

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be assessed customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges when they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charges displayed at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where applicable, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or government fees required to release the shipment.

Restricted Destinations

Our shipping carrier does not service the destination.

Customs Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, government processing, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Delade Beauty’s control.
Customs delays are outside our control and are not considered a failure by Delade Beauty to ship an order within the applicable processing or delivery timeframe.
Returned or Refused International Shipments
If an international shipment is returned to Delade Beauty because the recipient refuses delivery, fails to pay applicable customs charges, provides an incorrect address, or the destination country refuses entry, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping costs, customs charges, and other non-refundable fees.
Any refund issued will be subject to our applicable Refund & Return Policy.

Delade Beauty operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and shipment of our products.
We reserve the right to update our international shipping practices, product availability, and destination restrictions when required by changes in applicable laws, regulations, customs requirements, or carrier policies.
